Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
